Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join the Bospro team and help build our all-in-one business operations platform, covering CRM and sales pipelines, project delivery, task and time tracking, no-code workflows, reporting, and HRMS.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, experience building APIs, and a good understanding of database design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable features in a fast-paced product environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

• Proven experience with backend programming languages such as Golang and Python.

• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks like Gin and FastAPI.

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.

• Experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.

• Strong knowledge of REST API design and implementation.

• Ability to design, model, and manage relational databases efficiently, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with microservices and multi-tenant architectures (added advantage).

• Familiarity with Git and Linux-based server environments.

• Experience building and maintaining scalable, responsive applications.

• Highly adaptable, with the ability to learn new programming languages and tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team.

• 1–3 years of professional experience.

• Design and develop scalable features for Bospro across the frontend and backend.

• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best software development practices.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver them effectively.

• Design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL database structures for performance and reliability.

• Build and integrate REST APIs to support communication between the frontend and backend services.

• Build and extend integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace) and data import tools.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve code and system issues across development, UAT, and production environments.

• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to ship high-quality releases.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

• Work within a microservice and multi-tenant architecture.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
