Motion cum Graphic Designer

TechBrein is looking for a creative Motion cum Graphic Designer who can produce visually appealing graphics, motion graphics, and video content for digital marketing campaigns and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, creative thinking, and the ability to transform marketing briefs into engaging visual content across digital platforms.

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, animation, and video editing work.

• Practical experience creating digital marketing creatives and social media content.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and develop concepts independently.

• Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.

• Willingness to learn new design tools, techniques, and industry trends.

• Ability to work full-time from the Calicut office.

• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, carousel posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• Create motion graphics, animated videos, promotional videos, and engaging reels.

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertising, and brand communication.

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on marketing objectives and campaign briefs.

• Apply strong design principles, including typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Create designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

• Collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.

• Translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication that attracts attention and engages the target audience.

• Incorporate feedback, make revisions, and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.

• Stay updated on design trends, motion graphics techniques, and creative tools to improve content quality.
